I did that study the other day at the shop of the human brain, but decided to go in a slightly different direction for the my big drawing. I want to draw a human brain for my next piece and it tucks right in nicely to the lines I scribbled on a blue paper I’m working on!
I had a lot of fun drawing out the brain as seen from a cross section and can’t wait to transfer my drawing into ink…
The color of this paper with the neon pink paint is fucking electric. I can tell I will have to apply heavier lines to ensure my drawing pops. I think this one will come expand my style in a cool way and help me solve an issue I’m having in another drawing I’ve been working on.
I’ve talked about the year and a half struggle with my inspiration, this last week I was talking with another creative on how I got out of the rut – I think I can officially say I am out of it! I am throwing around the idea for a zine on one way to “cure” creative block. I am excited to step into zine making, speaking of, but feeling a little intimidated. I’ve got a some ideas though ◡̈
