the first “lunch break fall out”

We have this awesome machine at the frame shop called a Wizard. It cuts mats and windows with a beveled edge. Although I have goals to learn how to cuts mats by hand, this puppy is fucking wicked.

As we were learning how to use it we tried out some of the cool ways you can cut a mat. This one was my favorite! I didn’t work on this one on my lunch break, but promptly went home and made “Late Nite Programming” Fall Out #1

I’ve been thinking of how this baby can be framed. I think it would look bangin’ as a shadow box, floated on a black mat with orange walls, and a mid-century inspired molding. Can you see it?!
