Guess what?! I’ve got a new drawing starting to form in the studio! After nearly two years on the struggle bus (I’ll tell you more in a rant-style post later), I think I am nearing the end of a dark scary tunnel. Now I am trading that tunnel in for my cozy studio and some much needed discipline to getting my soul back.
See that pink circle? That is the fall out from a mat cut at the frame shop. We as artists are ever the grifters, so I took this little piece of garbage home to make beautiful art on it. Want to see what magical drawing is forming on it?
This is going to be SO FUCKING GOOD. I just know it.
Although, I’ve not been making my fine line drawings, I have been making art of some sort. I am thankful I keep my hand and mind moving. A messy table are signs of life.
